EFPRP TrueID Verification
Fighting against scams, fraud and impersonation.
What is the EFPRP TrueID Verification?
This ID Verification flow is used to verify the ID of an EFPRP PBO (Pro-Bono Operative). We implemented this service to allow everyone to authenticate our volunteers or PBOs to prevent fraud, identity theft or impersonation.
The use of this service is free and open-source. To verify an ID, simply input or scan the ID number (present on the barcode) behind the EFPRP ID. If the output shows a PBO, the ID is verified, else, there is no PBO or volunteer associated with the ID number or ID itself.
This website is owned, maintained and updated by the European Fire Prevention & Rural Preservation Organization (EFPRP) (www.efprp.org). For any questions or concerns, please, contact the Support Team.
The ID doesn't exist. What do I do?
If, after you checked multiple times for errors or typos, the ID you tried to verify, doesn't exist, please, select the option "Contact IS&IA Department" mentioning the ID you tried to verify, any evidence (photo, audio, video) from the individual that was carrying the EFPRP Identification and the location of the incident.
Our Internal Affairs Division will investigate this matter and coordinate with local law enforcement to clarify the situation. Each step of the way, you will be informed and updated.
All IS&IA contact remains confidential.
